The Introduction

The Institute of Professional Life Guards is one of its kind in the country. The institute has become 1st and only of its kind that has received award for maintaining quality for excellence in the country surpassing all rest institutes / organisation imparting these skills being looked up as a light house. It is the first private institution in the country that offers swimming coaching certification, till date it is only Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports run by the Government of India that certifies the swimming coaches. The difference with the certification, which our institution provides is that we have divided the entire certification in 5 different levels!! These levels starts right from level 1 to 5 i.e. beginners level to Olympic level trainer that is level 5. Currently our institute offers only level 1 and level 2 certification. In the coming time we will also start with the certification of rest of the higher levels. The institution aims at creating a team of professional swimming coaching certified coaches in India so that the speed of producing champions is accelerated. Moreover, today at many places unfortunately the correct skill of basic swimming is also not being imparted in the learners due many reasons. Thereby, it is an effort to improve the level of teaching and learning of swimming in our country. This way swimmer will not only enjoy swimming but they will also gain the maximum benefits of this great exercise. Further, the institute is one of its kind that to say that the only one in the country as well as amongst only a few in the world that offers a diploma course in the field of Life Guard. This also aims at improving the standards of the life guards in the country not only in their working but also in their job profile and responsibilities. This way we can bring the professionalism in this field too. The institute is also aiming to take this field to another height by soon launching of its one of the world's first course that will put a life guard through a whole new world of success and growth. We are preparing the module of this course for those who have a hunger to deliver a better idea and skill to save the mankind and minimise the risk of death due to drowning in water. The institute will provide a platform to such people who can deliver their own developed products i.e. ideas and skills.

For Individuals

1. Life Guard Awards:

a. 5 Lifeguards of the year award: Given to a life guard for the sincere, honest and hardwork during service

b. 3 Lifetime Achievement Award: Given to a lifeguard who has spent his / her entire life in this field, doing the job with sincerity, honesty and hardwork

c. 5 The Guardian Life Saving Award: Given to a life guard who has saved lives in a pool or a water bodied attested claim by the organisation where life has been saved

d. 5 The Unsung Heroes Award: Given to a life guard who has saved lives in a water body but has no proof to submit as in category (c) but only witness

e. 5 The Athlete Lifeguard Award: Given to a lifeguard for winning medal(s) in any sports tournament

f. 5 The Buddy Lifeguard Award: Given to a lifeguard who has helped his / her collogue on job to save a life

g. 3 The Achiever Award: Given to a lifeguard who's work has been recognised by its organisation

h. 2 The Trainer Award: Given to a trainer who has spent more than a decade to train a lifeguard or first aider

2. Swimming Coach Level 1 Awards:

a. 5 Swimming Coach Level 1 of the year award: Given to a swimming coach for the sincere, honest and hardwork during service

b. 3 Lifetime Achievement Award: Given to a swimming coach who has spent his / her entire life in this field, doing the job with sincerity, honesty and hardwork teaching basic swimming skills to a non swimmer

c. 5 The Guardian Life Saving Award: Given to a swimming coach who has saved lives in a pool or a water bodied attested claim by the organisation where life has been saved

d. 5 The Unsung Heroes Award: Given to a swimming coach who has taught swimming to many and has gone untold

e. 5 The Athlete Swimming Coach Level 1 Award: Given to a swimming coach for winning medal(s) in any sports tournament

f. 5 The Buddy Swimming Coach Level 1 Award: Given to a swimming coach who has helped his / her collogue on job

g. 3 The Achiever Award: Given to a swimming coach who's work has been recognised by its organisation

3. Swimming Coach Level 2 Awards:

a. 5 Swimming Coach Level 2 of the year award: Given to a swimming coach for the sincere, honest and hardwork during service

b. 3 Lifetime Achievement Award: Given to a swimming coach who has spent his / her entire life in this field, doing the job with sincerity, honesty and hardwork training advance swimming skills to participate and win in a local / school level tournaments

c. 5 The Guardian Life Saving Award: Given to a swimming coach who has saved lives in a pool or a water bodied attested claim by the organisation where life has been saved

d. 5 The Unsung Heroes Award: Given to a swimming coach who has significant contribution in developing basic competitive swimmers and lately turned into future champions has gone untold

e. 5 The Athlete Swimming Coach Level 2 Award: Given to a swimming coach for winning medal(s) in any sports tournament

f. 5 The Buddy Swimming Coach Level 2 Award: Given to a swimming coach who has helped his / her collogue on job

g. 3 The Achiever Award: Given to a swimming coach who's work has been recognised by its organisation

4. Gym Trainer Awards:

a. 5 Gym Trainer of the year award: Given to a Gym Trainer for the sincere, honest and hardwork during service

b. 3 Lifetime Achievement Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who has spent his / her entire life in this field, doing the job with sincerity, honesty and hardwork

c. 5 The Guardian Life Saving Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who has saved life in a Gym or a similar place attested claim by the organisation where life has been saved

d. 5 The Unsung Heroes Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who has imparted fitness to many but has no proof to submit as in category (c) but only witness

e. 5 The Athlete Gym Trainer Award: Given to a Gym Trainer for winning medal(s) in any sports tournament

f. 5 The Buddy Gym Trainer Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who has helped his / her collogue on job to save a life

g. 3 The Achiever Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who's work has been recognised by its organisation

h. 3 The True Fitness Imparter Award: Given to a Gym Trainer who's imparted fitness in its students without using supplements and steroids
